Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Al Anzema Al Motatouera General Contracting Company (ASCC), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

ASCC provides the following services:

• Design and installation of shade structures
• Aluminum tent manufacturing and setup
• Pergola and outdoor structure construction
• Industrial hangar construction
• Parking shade solutions
• Solar panel shade systems
• Advertisement board installation

3. Project Quotations and Contracts

All project quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Project contracts must be signed by both parties before work commences. Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required upon contract signing
• Progress payments will be made according to project milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays due to weather, site conditions, permit delays, or changes requested by the client may extend the completion date. ASCC will notify clients of any anticipated delays as soon as possible.

6. Warranty

ASCC provides the following warranties:

• Structural components: 2 years from completion
• Fabric materials: 1 year from completion
• Hardware and fittings: 1 year from completion

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, extreme weather conditions beyond design specifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

ASCC's liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site information and measurements
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Ensure site accessibility for our teams and equipment
• Provide utility information and locations
• Clear the work area of obstacles

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications created by ASCC remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred to the client in writing. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, plus any costs incurred for materials ordered specifically for the project.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to Terms

ASCC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
